Refund Policy

Canceling Plus

Plus is $19 per month per learner, has no trial, and renews automatically each month until canceled. The adult payer can cancel online through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; Plus access continues through the current paid period.

Seven-day first-charge refund

You may request a refund within the seven-day window after the first Plus charge for a learner. This is a seven-day refund window for the first charge, not a free trial, and it does not repeat on renewals or a later resubscription.

Other refunds

There are no prorated or renewal refunds except where required by law or for duplicate, unauthorized, or materially defective charges. Tell us promptly if you believe one of those exceptions applies. Canceling after a renewal does not by itself refund that renewal.

How to request one

Email support@satcrush.com from the payer’s account email when possible. Include the learner account, charge date, and reason. Do not email a full card number. We may ask for limited information needed to verify the payer and charge.

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method through Stripe. Bank posting times vary. A refund does not automatically close the account; ask separately if you also want account deletion under the Privacy Policy.
