U.S. invited beta
Terms of Use
Effective August 13, 2026
These terms apply when you access or use the SAT Crush United States invited beta. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.
Who may use SAT Crush
You must be 13 or older and located in the United States to use this invited beta. A student age 13–17 may use SAT Crush only with a Parent or guardian’s knowledge. A Plus subscription for a learner under 18 requires an adult payer using a Parent account. Parent accounts and connected learners must provide accurate relationship and adult attestations.
The beta service
SAT Crush provides digital SAT practice questions, explanations, practice sessions, tests, progress views, and score estimates. It is an early beta: features, question availability, and access may change, and the service may be interrupted. SAT Crush is not a school, tutor, testing agency, or substitute for professional educational advice.
SAT Crush does not promise a score increase, a particular SAT result, admission to any school, or that a score estimate will match an official score.
Accounts
Keep account credentials private, provide accurate information, and notify support@satcrush.com if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share an account, impersonate someone, bypass age or Parent controls, scrape or copy the question bank, interfere with the service, or use it unlawfully.
We may suspend or close an account that creates a security risk, violates these terms, or must be restricted by law. If practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to contact support.
Free and Plus
Free access does not require a card. Plus costs $19 per month per learner. There is no trial. If paid Checkout is enabled and you purchase Plus, the subscription renews automatically each month until canceled using the Stripe customer portal. The purchase screen will show these terms before Checkout.
Cancel any time through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops later renewals and access continues through the current paid period. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy. Price changes will be shown before they apply to a future renewal as required by law.
Content and permitted use
SAT Crush grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service for your own test preparation during the beta. These terms do not give you ownership of the software or content. Rights in third-party materials and marks remain with their owners. Do not sell, publish, bulk-download, scrape, redistribute, or create a competing bank from service content.
Feedback and screenshots you submit may be used to respond to you, investigate the issue, and improve the service. Do not submit sensitive information you do not want support staff to review.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains what SAT Crush collects, the providers it uses, essential cookies, retention, and how to request access, export, correction, or deletion.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The beta is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, SAT Crush disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit. Our total liability for a claim relating to paid service will not exceed the amount paid for the affected learner in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Independent service
SAT Crush is an independent test-preparation service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the College Board. SAT is a trademark of the College Board. The College Board was not involved in producing and does not endorse this service.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the beta changes. We will post an updated effective date and give additional notice before material changes when reasonably possible. If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the remaining terms continue to apply.
Questions, legal notices, privacy requests, and billing issues go to support@satcrush.com.
