By accessing and using SAT Practice App ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SAT Practice App provides an online platform for SAT test preparation, including practice questions, tests, analytics, and study resources. The Service is designed to help students prepare for the SAT examination.

3. Important Disclaimer - No College Board Affiliation

SAT Practice App is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the College Board. SAT® is a registered trademark of the College Board, which was not involved in the production of, and does not endorse, this product or service.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date

5. Subscription and Payment Terms

Free Tier: The free tier provides limited access to practice questions and features. No payment information is required.

Pro Subscription ($19.99/month):

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew unless cancelled
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds for partial months of service
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided through the Service, including but not limited to:

  • Practice questions and explanations
  • Test materials and content
  • Software, code, and algorithms
  • Graphics, designs, and user interface
  • Educational materials and resources

are the exclusive property of SAT Practice App or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may NOT:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Service
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract content
  • Create derivative works based on our content
  • Use the content for commercial purposes

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Upload malicious code or viruses
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users

8. Limitation of Liability

IMPORTANT: The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAT PRACTICE APP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
  • Service interruptions or errors
  • User content or conduct
  • Unauthorized access to your account or data

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

9. No Guarantee of Results

Important: While our Service is designed to help students prepare for the SAT, we make NO GUARANTEES regarding:

  • Score improvements or specific SAT scores
  • Acceptance into any educational institution
  • Success on the actual SAT examination
  • Accuracy of score predictions

Student success depends on many factors including effort, prior knowledge, study habits, and individual circumstances beyond our control.

10. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of personal data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

11. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time
  • Update these Terms and Conditions with 30 days notice
  • Change pricing with advance notice to existing subscribers

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Requests by law enforcement
  • Extended periods of inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall be resolved through:

  1. Good faith negotiation between the parties
  2. If negotiation fails, binding arbitration
